I have lived in South Jersey for most of my life. I grew up in the Tuckahoe section of Upper Township for the first 12 years of my life. I was saved from my sins by calling on Jesus Christ as my Savior when I was 5 years old (John 3:16; Romans 10:9,13). After being baptized by immersion according to the Bible (Acts 2:41) I felt God’s calling during these years to step out in faith and be a pastor like my dad. When I was 13, we moved to Northfield to the current location of the church and it was that year that I joined Northfield Baptist Church. I went to Bible College from 1999-2003 and met the love of my life, Carolynne. We were married on October 11, 2003. From 2003 to 2005, I was the assistant pastor under my dad’s leadership, leading the teen group, songleading, church activities and the visitation program. While I was away at Seminary in Pennsylvania, God called home my father at the young age of 56. My family and I were heartbroken but we know that God has the Master plan. The church voted me in to take my dad’s place, so my wife, our newborn son and I moved back to South Jersey after 8 months away and took over the work of the ministry. I graduated with a Masters Degree in Biblical Studies in 2010 and am excited about what God is teaching me daily in His Word. The Lord has blessed us with 7 children.
